Because each piece is handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us at builttoroamdesigns@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your message and may offer a solution at our discretion, but we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement.

• Each one-of-a-kind creation is completely handcrafted, so natural variations are to be expected. Colors may appear differently in person due to lighting and individual screen settings. While I take care to ensure photos are as accurate as possible, I cannot guarantee exact color matches.

Your order is not accepted until Built to Roam Designs confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
