Built to Roam Designs creates one-of-a-kind, handmade jewelry and decor. Due to the unique nature of each creation, all sales are final. Please review descriptions, photos, and estimated shipping times carefully before purchasing.

All deposits and payments are considered final.

One of a Kind Jewelry

  • Each one-of-a-kind creation is completely handcrafted, so natural variations are to be expected. Colors may appear differently in person due to lighting and individual screen settings. While I take care to ensure photos are as accurate as possible, I cannot guarantee exact color matches.

  • Each one-of-a-kind creation is ready to ship shortly after purchase. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. While I make every effort to meet this timeframe, production or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally delay shipping. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as timing may be affected by factors beyond my control, including carrier delays or other unforeseen events.

  • No cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Made to Order Pieces

  • Every made-to-order creation is completely handcrafted, making each one as unique as the person wearing it. Because of their handmade nature, slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur. Colors may also appear differently due to lighting or individual screen settings. I do my best to create each piece as closely as possible to the photos provided, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

  • Each made-to-order item is unique, and the time required to create and ship it may vary depending on the specific design. Please refer to the individual listing for estimated production and delivery times. While I make every effort to meet these estimates, exact dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • No cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Custom Orders

  • Require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping.

  • If an order is cancelled before it ships, the buyer forfeits their deposit.

  • No returns or exchanges.

  • Custom orders are created specifically for you, and production times may vary depending on my current availability and the arrival of materials or gemstones. Because each order is unique and materials may be subject to delays, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. I make every effort to provide accurate estimates in the listing or during correspondence, but please allow for flexibility when planning for delivery.

  • Images in listings are for reference; each custom order may differ slightly due to the handmade nature of the piece and materials used.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Built to Roam Designs is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays once a package has left our studio. For high-value items, insured shipping is strongly recommended.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the type of item purchased and its production requirements. Please refer to the individual listing for estimated creation and delivery times, or consult the corresponding section in these policies.

  • Shipping times may also be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events. While I make every effort to meet estimated shipping times, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
