Our products are handcrafted jewelry pieces, including wire-wrapped and cold-forged designs with natural gemstones. Each item is unique and made by hand, so colors, shapes, and finishes may vary slightly from photos.
We’ve made every effort to display our products accurately. However, screen settings and device differences may affect how colors appear.
We do not warrant that any product will meet your exact expectations or match photos perfectly due to the handmade nature of our work. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Built to Roam Designs reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Built to Roam Designs confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Built to Roam Designs may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship from Owensboro, Kentucky to addresses in the United States and internationally.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $250 (before tax). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services, including all content, images, designs, wire-wrapped jewelry photos, gemstone descriptions, and arrangements on this site, are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any legal actions or proceedings must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Daviess County, Kentucky. You and Built to Roam Designs consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

We reserve the right to assign, transfer, or sell these Terms of Service and our rights and obligations under them without your prior consent, such as in a business sale, merger, or reorganization.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized assignment is void.
These Terms will bind and benefit your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and permitted assigns.
SECTION 22 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between you and Built to Roam Designs.
If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Owensboro, Kentucky under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in the state/federal courts of Daviess County, Kentucky as specified in Section 20.
Each party will bear their own costs and attorneys' fees, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top.
